I spent the first 10 years of my career working as an international artist developer and events organiser, I fell in love with photography thanks to my best friend – a Newborn Photographer.
All of a sudden, I found myself with a brush in my hand painting backdrops and buckets. I saw the incredible amount of time she dedicated to answering messages and growing her Facebook audience – the long hours spent learning new poses and wrapping techniques. I saw her studio grow and her skills improve by the day, but booking still did not come with enough consistency. Some months, we still wondered if she could get enough sessions to pay for the studio rent.
“There must be a way to solve the problem” – I thought – “if other businesses can crack the code, photographers also can”.
And so we started looking at techniques and systems used in markets I worked in before and adapting that knowledge to Newborn Photography.
The result is a simple system that helps photographers get clients with predictability and grow profitable businesses, so they can stop asking themselves “Am I going to make it?”.
